In our fourth episode, Stankomir Nicieja interviews Jędrzej Olejniczak, an early career researcher from University of Opole and a new member of FIT FORTHEM project team, about a survey designed for young academics, PhD candidates and MA students who plan to stay in academia from all FORTHEM universities. The survey was aimed to map the needs of this group, regarding trainings, mobilities, conferences, mentoring shemes, and other integration-oriented actions that could be undertaken to help early stage researchers to network and internationalize.
